Dealer Terms & Policies

Dealer Eligibility
Dealer accounts are available to qualified retailers, storefronts, ranges, gunsmiths, training companies, and other businesses approved by Firearm Frosting LLC.
Firearm Frosting LLC reserves the right to approve or deny dealer requests at its sole discretion.
Approval as a Firearm Frosting dealer does not grant exclusive rights to any geographic territory, customer base, or sales channel.
Dealer Ordering
Approved dealers may purchase products through the Dealer Ordering section of the Firearm Frosting website.
Access to dealer-only products is limited to approved dealer accounts and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or assigned to another person or business.
Dealer accounts are intended for use by the approved business only.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
To maintain brand value and support all dealers fairly, products sold by Firearm Frosting LLC are subject to a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
Current MAP pricing is listed on applicable dealer product pages and may be updated periodically.
Advertising products below MAP, whether online or in-store, may result in suspension or termination of dealer privileges.
Firearm Frosting LLC reserves the right to modify MAP pricing at any time.
Product Resale
Dealer products are intended for resale to end customers through approved retail channels.
Products may not be resold through third-party marketplaces, liquidation channels, or other platforms prohibited by Firearm Frosting LLC without prior written approval.
Dealers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and tax requirements related to the resale of Firearm Frosting products.
Geographic Restrictions
Dealer approval does not grant exclusive rights to any geographic territory, customer base, or sales channel.
Firearm Frosting LLC reserves the right to approve additional dealers in any market or geographic area.
Dealers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they sell Firearm Frosting products.
Product Packaging and Branding
Firearm Frosting products must be sold in their original packaging and branding.
Dealers may not relabel, repackage, modify, bundle, or otherwise alter Firearm Frosting products without prior written approval from Firearm Frosting LLC.
Removal, replacement, or modification of product labels, packaging, branding, instructions, or marketing materials is prohibited.
Trademark and Brand Use
Dealers may use Firearm Frosting trademarks, logos, product images, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting and selling genuine Firearm Frosting products.
Firearm Frosting LLC reserves the right to require removal, modification, or discontinuation of any marketing materials, advertisements, listings, or representations that it determines are misleading, inaccurate, inconsistent with the brand, or otherwise objectionable.
Ordering and Payment
All orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dealer pricing, product availability, and shipping timelines are subject to change without notice.
Returns
Dealer orders are final. Firearm Frosting LLC does not accept returns on dealer purchases.
Shipping Damage and Order Issues
Dealers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.
Claims for shipping damage, loss, or carrier-related issues must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.
Any order fulfillment errors made by Firearm Frosting LLC should be reported as soon as possible.
Independent Dealer Relationship
Dealers are independent businesses and are not agents, employees, representatives, or partners of Firearm Frosting LLC.
Dealers may not make representations, warranties, guarantees, or commitments on behalf of Firearm Frosting LLC without prior written authorization.
Product Claims
Dealers may not make performance, safety, legal, environmental, or other claims regarding Firearm Frosting products that are not expressly provided by Firearm Frosting LLC.
Dealers are responsible for ensuring that any product descriptions, advertisements, listings, or marketing materials they create are accurate and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Firearm Frosting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from participation in the dealer program or the resale of Firearm Frosting products.
Liability for any claim relating to dealer purchases shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
Governing Law
These Dealer Terms & Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dealer Account Termination
Firearm Frosting LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts at any time for:
• Violation of the MAP policy
• Misrepresentation of the Firearm Frosting brand
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of dealer pricing or dealer-only ordering access
• Unauthorized relabeling, repackaging, modification, or resale of Firearm Frosting products
• Any conduct deemed harmful to the Firearm Frosting brand or dealer network
Changes to Dealer Terms
Firearm Frosting LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of the dealer program, including dealer pricing, product offerings, ordering requirements, MAP policies, and these Dealer Terms & Policies, at any time.
Continued participation in the dealer program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
