ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise stated.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may not reflect real time status.

RISK OF LOSS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

DELIVERED BUT MISSING PACKAGES

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the issue must be resolved directly with the carrier.

We may provide reasonable assistance upon request, but we are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an address is entered incorrectly or cannot be verified, we may attempt to contact you, but this is not guaranteed and may delay shipment. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Packages returned due to address issues may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
