All sales made through Firearm Frosting LLC are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed and accepted.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

When contacting us, include: your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion. Resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the issue must be resolved directly with the carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance upon request but are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items sold by Firearm Frosting LLC are non returnable. This includes but is not limited to opened products, used products, promotional items, and discounted items.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be returned to the sender.
